Half-Term Holiday Club – Registration Information
We warmly invite children aged 5–14 to join our Half-Term Holiday Club, running over four exciting days during the school holidays.
This club offers a safe, friendly and engaging environment where children can learn new skills, spend time with friends and enjoy a mix of outdoor adventures, creativity and fun.

🌟 Holiday Club Theme
“I Can Survive – Outdoor Skills & Young Explorers”
This Holiday Club is inspired by the Forest School approach, encouraging children to explore nature, develop practical skills and build confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Children will take part in activities such as:
• basic outdoor and survival-style skills
• learning how to safely start a small campfire (demonstration and supervised practice)
• nature exploration and discovery
• teamwork challenges and problem-solving games
• creative crafts using natural materials
• confidence-building and independence activities
The programme is designed to help children become more confident, curious and resourceful, while still enjoying games, creativity and time to relax with friends.
All activities will be fully supervised and adapted to children’s age and safety guidelines.

9:00 – 9:30
Warm-up activities, welcome games and group integration.
9:30 – 10:30
🟢 Active Games & Movement Block
Outdoor play (weather permitting), movement games, team challenges or indoor active games inspired by the daily theme.
10:30 – 11:00
🍎 Morning Snack Break
(children bring their own snack)
11:00 – 11:45
🎨 Creative Activity Block
Arts & crafts, creative challenges and hands-on activities.
11:45 – 12:30
🧩 Group Activities & Workshops
Team games, storytelling, themed workshops or quiet activities.
12:30 – 1:30
🥪 Lunch & Free Play Break
(children bring their own packed lunch)
1:30 – 2:30
🎭 Afternoon Programme
Creative activities, group games, cartoons or calm play depending on children’s energy levels.
2:30 – 3:00
🍌 Afternoon Snack & Free Time
Optional snack and relaxing activities.
3:00 – 4:00
🌲 Outdoor Skills – “I Can Survive” Session
Forest-school inspired activities such as nature exploration, teamwork challenges and practical outdoor skills.
Throughout the day, children will also have access to:
• cartoons and age-appropriate films
• arts & crafts corner
• calm activities for rest and relaxation
🚌 Planned Local Trip
During the Holiday Club we are planning one short trip to one of the parks in Spalding.
Parents are kindly asked to prepare approximately £4 per child to cover the return transport ticket.
Full details, including the exact day and destination, will be shared with parents by email before the Holiday Club begins.
🥤 Food & Drinks – Important Information
Children must bring:
• a packed lunch
• a morning snack
• an afternoon snack (optional)
• a refillable water bottle
Water will be available throughout the day.
If a child runs out of snacks or food, light refreshments may be provided, but each child should arrive with their own packed lunch and water bottle.
👕 Clothing – Important
As some activities will take place outdoors, children should come dressed in comfortable clothes suitable for the weather.
Please provide:
• clothes suitable for outdoor play
• a jacket or waterproof coat if needed
• a spare set of clothes
Clothes may get dirty during outdoor and creative activities, so please make sure children wear something suitable for active play.

£25 per child per day
(7 hours of activities and care)
Places are limited, so early registration is recommended.
