Headz Entertainment Festival and Events provides designated tents and areas specifically for artist collaborations, including live artists, flow artists, and glass blowers. These spaces are intended to support creativity, community interaction, and live demonstrations throughout the festival.

The artist agrees to indemnify and hold Headz Entertainment Festival and Events harmless from any expenses, fees, fines, penalties, lawsuits, proceedings, property loss, or damage related to their participation in the festival. It is the artist’s responsibility to staff their booth or workspace at all times and ensure its security. Headz Entertainment Festival and Events will not be liable for lost or stolen items.

All participating live artists, glass blowers, and flow/fire artists must maintain appropriate safety precautions at all times. Artists may be asked to demonstrate or explain their safety procedures upon request, and must comply immediately when approached by event staff.

By signing this application, I confirm that I have read and understand the Headz Entertainment Festival and Events Rules and Regulations and agree to comply with them. I acknowledge that failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate removal from the event, with no refund of fees paid, and potential exclusion from future events.

Artists hired by Headz Entertainment will receive one (1) general entry ticket for Grateful Fest, access to the VIP area, and permission to sell their art on-site.

Any artist wishing to set up a personal 10x10 booth outside the designated collaboration area will incur a $100 vending fee.
