l have chosen to compete in the AWPC division of WPC Canada Powerlifting in the year 2026, understand that by filling out this declaration and waiver I hereby declare I have never used performance enhancing or strength inducing drugs. I give the WPC Canada Powerlifting (WPCCP) the authority to test me at any competition in 2026 for anabolic steroids. (Drug Testing) These tests are for the use of the WPCCP Officials and Directors and will in no way be made public domain.

Any WPCCP official or meet director will have the right to test me at any WPCCP meet sanctioned with an AWPC division at which I have chosen to participate. The WPCCP does not have jurisdiction to have me tested anywhere else unless both sides agree. If I am tested and found positive on the test, I understand that I will never be able to compete in the WPCCP AWPC division again and I will have to compete in the WPC division only from that time forward. I agree that in the event of a positive test any AWPC division records I hold will be removed and the WPCCP has the right to put my name on a banned lifter list.  Any existing medical condition that may in any way alter the findings of the Drug Testing must be submitted at the time that this waiver is signed and must be accompanied by medical authorization.

I will not hold the WPCCP or any of it's volunteers, representatives, officials or directors responsible for any actions they enforce on me as a result of any Drug Testing.
