The 2018 Summer School program will begin on Monday, June 4. This year’s summer school program will be located at Grain Valley High School. Class will begin at 8:00 am each day, and doors will be open at 7:45 for students to purchase breakfast if they choose to do so. Lunch will also be available for purchase, or students can bring their own lunch. Off-campus lunch and ordering for delivery will not be permitted. Students will be dismissed at 2:30. The district is unable to provide transportation to or from school, and is also unable to provide transportation for A+ tutors. All school policies apply to the summer school program as well, and failure to adhere to these policies may result in removal from the program.
It is important to note that attendance each day is critical for earning credit. Due to the accelerated nature of summer school (students take one course for 10 days, 8:00-2:30 daily), students must have perfect attendance.
For students wishing to participate in the A+ program, please be sure to coordinate your tutoring with Ms. Lever.
