ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” Online Raffle Terms & Conditions
1. The ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” Raffle is organized by Sports-ID Sdn. Bhd
– Sole What. (the “Organizers”).
2. REGISTRATION: Participants are first required to register their interest by filling up
and completing an online raffle form, which will be made available online starting
from 12pm on Thursday, 8th October 2015 at
www.solewhat.com.
3. Registration will be closed by 10am on Saturday, 10th October 2015.
4. Participants will need to have a
www.solewhat.com account for the raffle registration.
5. Information must be filled using a valid NRIC or Passport ID, a valid EMAIL & phone
number. Participants will then need to choose their desired sizes from the available
size list. Upon completion, a thank you page will appear, indicating a successful
registration.
6. Only one (1) registration per person is allowed. Should there be more than one (1)
registration from the same participant; all his or her registrations will be disqualified.
7. The ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” Raffle starts on Saturday, 10th October
2015 (1:00pm) and ends when the last pair of Bait x ASICS GEL Lyte III is selected.
8. Names of registrants will be randomly drawn.
9. The winners list will be announced through Sole What’s official Instagram
(@solewhat) & (@solewhatonlinestore) and Sole What’s Facebook on Saturday 10th October 2015 5:00 pm. Winners will also
receive a confirmation letter from us via email.
10. The winners themselves must be present at Sole What Mid Valley, KL to purchase
ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare”. Confirmation letter and registrant’s original
NRIC/Passport ID must also be presented upon purchasing the ASICS x Bait GEL
Lyte III “Nightmare” at our store. If you’re unable to visit our physical store for the
purchase, friends and family can represent you to purchase the ASICS x Bait GEL
Lyte III “Nightmare” along with your confirmation letter and a photocopy of the
registrant’s NRIC/Passport ID.
11. Failure to present either of these documents will result in being forfeited.
12. The ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” is priced at RM799.00 per pair, and is
made available for purchase through an Online Raffle. Only limited quantity is
available for purchase.
13. There will be no free trial prior to purchasing a pair of ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III
“Nightmare”.
14. SHOE SIZES: The ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare”is available from US size 4
to US size 11. Stocks are limited for each size.
15. Winner’s name list will be announced for a maximum of two (2) times on Instagram &
Facebook, and if the winner does not come to our physical to purchase the ASICS x
Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” within 3 days, by 10pm on 13th October 2015, Sole
What reserves the rights to disqualify the registrant.
16. Upon being announced, each lucky registrant will be given a chance to purchase a
pair of ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” based on the shoe size that was pre-
selected earlier.
17. Lucky registrants must purchase the ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” within 3
days. There will be no exchange and/or refund after the purchase is made.
18. Sole What reserves the ultimate rights to deny any sale transactions or push back
the line for any registrants and/or group of people at their sole discretion without
reason(s) or further reference to any party.
19. Sole What’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The
Organizer reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions herein applicable to
the ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” Launch Event, and/or terminate this
Launch Event without prior notice or further reference to any party.
20. By participating in the ASICS x Bait GEL Lyte III “Nightmare” Launch Event, you
consent to your personal data being processed by Sports-ID Sdn. Bhd. for future
events and/or promotions and note that you may exercise your rights under the
Personal Data Protection Act.
