Virginia Wesleyan University Computer Request Form
This form is to be used for all new or replacement computer requests by faculty and staff of VWU. Computers include HP laptops and desktops in three categories - Standard, Enhanced, and Workstation. Each one is appropriate for specific purposes; however, for most users, the Standard model will be more than sufficient to complete everyday computing tasks. Please refer to the IT approved list of computers

before making a selection. If you select a computer above the "Standard" level, please be prepared to provide a detailed explanation for the request. All requests for Apple computers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and you must provide justification for the request.
