Group Booking Request
Thank you for your interest in booking with the Virginia Scenic Railway! This form is for those who wish to book a large group or a full reservation of a train car.  Currently our maximum capacity for our train is 78 passengers. The minimum passenger count for groups who do not wish to book the entire train is 20. Those who have groups with less than 20 passengers are encouraged to book online at   www.virginiascenicrailway.com. Please note that all group bookings are subject to a 5% service fee charge.

Explanation of Payment
All tickets are subject to a 5.3% Virginia Sales tax as well as a 1.5% ticket processing fee and a 5% group booking service fee.  

Cancellation requests must be received in writing. If your cancellation is received:

45 days or more before departure……….100% refund of payment, less $500 deposit

30-44 days before departure ………………..85% refund of payment, less $500 deposit

15-29 days before departure ……………….. 50% refund of payment, less $500 deposit

No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 15 days before the excursion date.
