Specific technology needs- either room based or equipment from STOA. 

You will need to submit a separate reservation form directly with STOA to reserve your requested items - HQ staff is not responsible for handling this for you. 

A STOA rep is expected to be on call during the day of the event to help with tech emergencies, but the more you do ahead of time to know your set up thoroughly, the better everything will flow smoothly. 

If you anticipate needing a hybrid set up for any reason, please plan on finding a friend to help run the OWL/Kandao/zoom for you during the review, as staff are unable to handle this on top of other responsibilities. You are also responsible for providing the zoom link to any committee member or guest who will be joining remotely.
