Wild Seed Wellness' QTPOC Community Appreciation Nomination
Who do you know that is working to heal* queer and trans people of color in the Bay Area?
Who deserves our public recognition?

Wild Seed Wellness wants to affirm and recognize our community members who are making a difference for queer and trans people of color. These people work diligently in many different ways. They help us build resilient, fierce, connected, balanced, loving and healthy communities, so we thank them. We believe that the experience of being graciously acknowledged is useful to the healing process of the individual, which in turn enables them to continue to do the work for us as a whole. It also can help to provide a platform for their work, inspire action and help us to have more representations of our own communities in ways we want to see them: shining. It's a mutually beneficial relationship, and that's the kind of interdependence needed for all of us to grow and to heal. Nominate someone** today. Due May 7th, 2013 at midnight.

Wild Seed Wellness is currently accepting donations to support this initiative. It will take $840 to select one winner a month for 1 year. Make it happen at http://indiegogo.com/at/communitycare

Nominations will be reviewed and a winner will be selected. Winner receives public acknowledgement and a massage therapy session at Wild Seed Wellness to support their self-care.
