Evening Arrival: As you arrive into the destination, you'll meet Erin for Dinner + to check into the hotel. We will set an intention for the weekend + celebrate this incredible portal we are creating together over the next few days.
Day Two: A Day to Release + Receive - We will begin the morning with a walk + release work so you can fully land into your body. After a morning of healing + coaching (breath work, somatic + energetic release), we will grab lunch and head to the spa for a spa afternoon. After some relaxation time it will be time to rest + get ready for dinner.
Day Three: A Day of Expansion - We will begin the morning with a walk to move our bodies + then head into integration + expansion work. This is a mix of subconscious reprogramming + business strategy. You'll also receive a custom hypnotherapy track to take with you. We will get lunch together. In the late afternoon a makeup artist will arrive to do your makeup, we will get blow outs + head to meet our photographer for a 1 hour evening brand photoshoot. After that we will head to our celebration dinner.
Morning Departure: After you rest up on the final evening, we will meet for a closing breakfast for integration.
