Below you will find four clothing style options to choose from (Short Sleeved T-Shirts, Long-Sleeved T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Sweat Pants). Each design can only be made like the images below, meaning that you can not put a different design on a specific clothing item.

There also be a "22" with student signatures added to the back of all of the shirts. In the space below the image, please indicate what size, quantity, and total cost of what you would like for each clothing item.

Your response should resemble the following example:
"1 Short Sleeved T-Shirt, Size XL, $15.00"

Short Sleeved T-Shirts (Size Small - 5X): $15.00
Long Sleeved T-Shirt (Size Small - 5X): $20.00
Hoodies (Size Small - 5X): $30.00
Sweatpants (Size Small - 2x): $25.00


Orders and money are due to Miss Cole no later than Wednesday, 1/26/22. Cash or check accepted. Checks can be made out to 'Fort Cherry Class of 2022". Please place money or checks in a sealed envelope with the student's name on the front and "Class of 2022 Senior Clothing Order Form". You can mail your payment to the high school office or contact me at jcole@fortcherry.org to make other arrangements.

Clothing will be delivered to the students at the high school approximately one month after orders are submitted.
