Participation at Zig Zag Duck involves physical activity. We are devoted to your safety, like other physical activity (running, rock climbing etc.), your safety, in large part, is dependent on your attitude and willingness to follow the posted rules. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO SIGN WAIVER. Minors need parent or guardian to sign.
By signing this agreement, you understand this is between “you” (the player and your affiliates) and “us”, Zig Zag Duck Outdoor Laser Tag, its owners, employees, builders, manufacturers, designers). You wish to participate in laser tag games at Zig Zag Duck now and in the future. You agree that whenever you are at Zig Zag Duck Outdoor laser tag:
Code of Conduct: You will play at Zig Zag Duck according to the posted rules or instructions provided by staff members. You accept the responsibility for the damages you cause at Zig Zag Duck.
Risk of Participation: You understand your participation involves physical activity that could result in injury. Some risks include contact with other players, barriers, trees/tree roots, uneven ground terrain or fencing in the arena. Although the arena is supervised, there may be areas of the arena that are unsupervised. Laser tag takes place in a fenced in arena, partially inclined terrain with trees, tree roots, barriers, and although the arena is maintained by removing branches and other potential trip hazards, you accept the risk when participating in laser tag games. You will report any injury before leaving.
Waiver: You release Zig Zag Duck outdoor laser tag from any liability for the losses or injuries you might incur, except those you might incur from Zig Zag Duck’s gross negligence.
Use of Images: You grant us the right to use any photos or other digital reproductions taken of the participant, solely for the purposes of promotional/marketing in print, social media or website.
Medical and Physical Problems: Certain medical conditions including heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy and seizure disorders can be exasperated or triggered by laser tag and all appropriate care should be taken by participants. Ask your doctor if you have concerns whether to participate or not.
Indemnity Agreement: You will indemnify and defend us from any claims, liability, damages or suits made by anyone arising out of your activity and/or conduct while participating at Zig Zag Duck (including all fees thereby incurred by us).
Damaged Equipment: You agree to make restitution for any damages to the arena for your actions/behavior and disregarding the posted rule. You also agree to pay for equipment damaged by your actions/behaviors before, during and after your participation. Parents or Guardians agree to be financially responsible for any minors they’ve signed the waiver for, of damage caused by that minor to the arena or equipment.
You have read and understand this agreement and waiver. If you are under the age of 18 years old, you have discussed the contents with your parent or guardian and you have their consent to sign it and participate in this activity.
(if under 18 years of age) Parent, Guardian, or Party Chaperone must sign to participate.
