ADKX Speaker Request
Thank you for your interest in having a staff member of the Adirondack Experience, The Museum on Blue Mountain Lake, speak at an upcoming event!  Before we can respond to your request, we ask that you complete the form below. Please be aware that while our staff have tremendous expertise on the history, culture, industry, and fascinating people of the Adirondacks, staff may not have knowledge about specific topics. Also, we have a teaching collection that may be used for presentations, but items in the museum's permanent collections may not be used for presentations. Depending on the nature of the event, and if this is for a non-profit aligned with the museum's mission or a for-profit organization, there may be a stipend of $250 for a speaker, plus travel costs. Determination of fees is at the discretion of the museum.
