Neighborhood Association Registration Form

Welcome to Neighborhood Services! You can use this form to register your Neighborhood Association with the City of Chattanooga. Once you fill out this form, you will receive official recognition from Neighborhood Services in the form of an email confirming your registration.

All registered Neighborhood Associations are assigned a Neighborhood Relations Specialist who will work with you to help improve your community. If you have any questions about the process feel free to email us back at neighborhoods@chattanooga.gov.
