Also note that this application must be completed (along with supplemental resume, cover letter, and reference forms) by Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 by 12p.m. noon, MST. **Late applications will not be accepted.**

Length of Employment:
The term of employment for the Summer Staff position is set to run from May 5th through August 24th, 2014 (Orientation Weekend).

Who May Apply:
Individuals applying for the Summer Staff Position must be continuing Regis University students (May 2014 graduates will not be considered), able to provide excellent customer service, and able to perform limited crisis management. Because of the overlap with staff training, those who are returning to be Resident Assistants, Peer Ministers, or Staff Alternates may not be on Summer Staff. Due to work hours, those who are enrolled in summer classes are not allowed to be on Summer Staff unless all coursework is online.

Work Expectations:
Successful applicants MUST also be able to work night and weekend hours AND live on campus. In addition, there will be a certain amount of physical labor, requiring candidates to be able to live 50 pounds. See the job description under "Summer Staff" for full expectations. Also, there is a mandatory training session Friday, 3:30-5p.m.

Scheduled Time Off:
There will be scheduled time off available both in May and in August. This allows for staff to rest at the start and at the end of the summer, and to adjust into and out of summer housing. In this application, please share any anticipated time off requests for the summer, so we can plan accordingly.
