RACIAL EQUITY TOOL: A Resource to Help the City of Alexandria Implement Racial Equity!
THIS SURVEY IS ANONYMOUS to ensure full transparency in the way you respond. Please be open, honest, and vulnerable, so we can best support you! It will take about 15 minutes, to answer all three sections.

Your responses and recommendations will shape the creation of a Racial Equity Tool that the City of Alexandria -- City Council, government agencies, and community partners -- will use as a resource to apply a racial equity lens to their work to better serve All Alexandria!

The three goals of this survey are to:
     (1) Understand your awareness of racial equity to ensure that the Racial Equity Tool provides the support
           you need;
    (2) Identify the areas where the most support is needed to implement racial equity in your everyday tasks
          and work projects; and
   (3) Create the space for you to voice priorities to ensure that the City implements racial equity and centers
         community voices in a meaningful way.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Jaqueline Tucker (Jaqueline.tucker@alexandriava.gov), who will connect you to Marlysa D. Gamblin, founder and CEO of GamblinConsults, the racial equity and anti-racist consulting firm that is helping the City of Alexandria in this effort.
