1.  Please complete all required questions.  

2.  Then, review the commitments required in order to be considered as a staff member.

The commitments are as follows:
 >    Attend the Pre-Weekend Staff Meetings if you live within a 100 miles of the meeting site
         - Tuesday, September 8th 6:30-9:30 CDT
                (Judson Poling's House, 1215 Zange Dr, Algonquin, IL)
         - Sunday, October 25th 6:00-9:00 CDT
                (Judson Poling's House, 1215 Zange Dr, Algonquin, IL)
>    Enroll men for the Weekend.
>    Attend the Graduation Celebration, Wednesday, November 11th at 7 p.m - Location: TBD
>    If staffing for the first or second time, be on site Thursday, Nov 5th by 6:30 p.m. to
      help unload materials for the Weekend.
>    If you have staffed three or more times, be on site by no later than 7 p.m. on Nov 5th.
>    Not use staff or participant emails to promote/solicit personal business or charitable initiatives
      without consent from the individual
>    Pay $95 for staffing fee by the 2nd Staff Meeting

3.  Finally, check to sign the application and click submit when done.
