We are looking for artists to participate in our 3rd annual Community Arts Exhibition, hosted by Willow Grove B&B Inn and Traditional Arts School and Arts on the Fly Festival.

We need ready-to-hang paintings, and framed drawings, on any subject, though we love musical themes !

You can choose from existing works or create something special for the show. We will accept pieces for sale, or for display only (NFS), up to 5 per artist, depending on response/ gallery space.

A 20% Commission on sales will go to AOTF society to support future festival fun!

The Show will open on the Weekend of Arts on the Fly, July 11-12, and one extra day on the 13th  10 am to 1pm 2025, and be open Saturdays through till August 2nd.

 Artists will then have the option of arranging to pick up their works, or leave them to hang for the enjoyment of guests of Willow Grove Inn, until December, 2025.

Works will need to be dropped off between July 4-8, by arrangement.

Arrangements for pick up in the local Williams Lake/ 100 Mile Area must be made in advance.
