Royal Oak Middle School Grade 6 Band Registration 2024-2025
Please complete this form to indicate your child's interest in enrolling in the Grade 6 Band Program at ROMS. Registration is open at 8am on April 4th, 2024 and placement is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will accept registrations until our band classes are full and then students will be added to a waitlist.

You will receive confirmation and information about instrument rentals from our Band teacher by the beginning of September (via the email you've provided below).

Band is a commitment for the year and students who join will remain in band for the duration of the school year. Band is offered as part of the grade 6 timetable - Students will alternate Band and PE weekly throughout the school year (eg Week 1 attend Band, Week 2 attend PE). Being in Band does not impact Fine Arts and Applied Skills (students will take Art, Home Ec, Woodshop, etc).
