Gravette Day Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help with one of the best community events around! The 131st Gravette Day takes place on Saturday, August 10, 2024. Volunteers are needed for a time commitment of two-hours for a variety of tasks, including  monitoring Kid Zone, clean up, and more. We look forward to working with you!

If you are a student at Gravette Highschool, you will need to bring your volunteer form with you at Gravette Day when you check in, so it can be signed off. 
By initialing below, I do hereby waive any claim of liability for damages to my property or my person or any person in my employ or acting on my behalf. I will not hold the City of Gravette, Arkansas, or any person affiliated with the event responsible for said damages or loss of property. This waiver shall be in effect from the time I begin volunteering until the time I leave the premises. *
