This is an Expression Of Interest to be help and man an Amnesty Stall with fellow activists and our Indigenous Rights Campaigners at Yabun Festival on Invasion Day, January 26th 2024.

When: Invasion Day, Jan 26, 2024

12:30pm - 7pm

Where: Victoria Park, Gadigal

What: Amnesty stall at Yabun Festival

Responsibilities:

Community engagement - First Nations community members, Elders and First Nations-led community groups and organisations.
Increase Amnesty brand awareness
Increase awareness of Indigenous Rights work
Opportunity to encourage volunteer sign-ups
Share information about Raise The Age (RTA) & Justice Reinvestment campaign - encourage people to sign petition

Please fill out your preferred shift times, we aim to have 2-3 volunteers and 1-2 Amnesty staff at all times. Our aim is to pair people up with varying experienced levels so if this is your first time or less confident, no stress there will be an Amnesty staff member or experienced activist with you!

NOTE: Invasion Day Rally will start at 10am at Belmore Park Sydney and will finish at Yabun Fesitival
