We welcome you to join our brave space dedicated to wellness and positivity. Join us for an uplifting experience filled with resources, engaging activities, insightful workshops, and handpicked vendors. Take a moment to explore the beautiful art our participants have created, expressing the theme of this year's Healing HeARTS theme, Tough Conversations: What is something you’ve always wanted to say to a loved one? Let’s come together to embrace healing, connection, and the power of expression.

Where: Langley Senior Center (400 W Emerson Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91754)
Parking: Free public lot

9:30-10 AM: Coffee, tea, and pastries

10 - 10:15 AM: Welcome and introductions

10:20-11:20 AM: Workshop Set 1

11:25 AM-12:25 PM: Workshop Set 2

12:25-1:30 PM: Lunch (provided at no cost) and Gallery Walk

1:30-2:30 PM: Can We Talk? Book Reading and Q&A with co-authors Dr. Arriane May Munar and Jackie Viernes

2:35-3:35 PM: #HH2024 Collective Artist Panel and Q&A

3:40-4:00 PM: Awards, Acknowledgements, and Closing  Remarks

4:00-5:00 PM: Vendor Fair and Gallery Walk
