2018 USTA Board Member Nomination
To be eligible to serve as a USTA Board Member you must be actively ´╗┐engaged in science education and a good standing member of USTA. If you are not currently a member of USTA but would like to serve on the board you can join USTA at utsta.org (this must be completed before nomination deadline to be considered).

Board members are primarily responsible for interpreting, promoting, and executing the purposes and activities of the association among elementary, secondary, and college teachers of science in their defined regions or education level. The term of a Board Member lasts 3 years.

The current USTA board will choose 2 or more qualified nominations for each position to be placed on the ballot. The positions will be voted on by members of USTA at the February 2018 conference. Nominees being considered for the ballot will be contacted for more information (resume, photo, etc.).

All USTA Board Member nominations are due by November 30, 2017.
