Board members are primarily responsible for interpreting, promoting, and executing the purposes and activities of the association among elementary, secondary, and college teachers of science in their defined regions or education level. The term of a Board Member lasts 3 years.
The current USTA board will choose 2 or more qualified nominations for each position to be placed on the ballot. The positions will be voted on by members of USTA at the February 2018 conference. Nominees being considered for the ballot will be contacted for more information (resume, photo, etc.).
All USTA Board Member nominations are due by November 30, 2017.
