-Description of Open Roles-
**Descriptions are flexible! Up to the Eboard to determine tasks!
President
Serves as the primary point of contact for the organization and provides overall leadership and direction. Responsible for regularly monitoring and responding to club communications (minimum once per week) and leading weekly executive board meetings.
Vice President
Supports the President in organizational leadership and assists with coordination of club initiatives. Oversees the club’s social media presence, including managing and updating the Instagram account to promote events and engagement.
Secretary
Maintains accurate records of membership and manages the club roster. Responsible for drafting and distributing mass communications, as well as creating weekly presentations and meeting materials.
Treasurer
Oversees the organization’s finances, including budgeting and financial planning. Attends required budget meetings and completes all necessary fiscal training to ensure compliance with university policies.
