Nomination Form - Black Excellence Ball 2025
Inspire Life is proud to recognize the accomplishments of Black community members on the Central Jersey Shore. While the vastness of our contributions cannot be celebrated in a single night, this event is an opportunity to highlight the work of a few of our Black community members while celebrating the beauty and impact of our community.

ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must demonstrate their commitment to bettering the Black community and the greater community at large. Candidates will be evaluated based on their personal and professional accomplishments, philanthropic efforts, acts of community service, history of advocacy and/or activism, and community leadership. Nominees with multiple submissions will not have an advantage over those with one nomination.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is the sole form to be submitted. No resumes, cover letters, or other documentation necessary. Please be as detailed as possible with your submission.

Nominations will be accepted until October 15, 2023. Final announcements will be made in early November. Awards will be bestowed at the 3rd Annual Black Excellence Ball on February 22, 2025.
