Vendor Agreement – Terms & Conditions
1. Event Details
The vendor agrees to participate in the event as scheduled. Setup and breakdown times must be adhered to.
2. Vendor Space & Fees
Vendor will be assigned a space as determined by the organizer. Vendor fees are non-transferable. No subletting or sharing of booth space without prior written approval.
3. Permits, Licenses & Compliance
Vendor is responsible for securing all required permits, licenses, and insurance. Vendor must comply with all applicable laws, safety regulations, and venue rules.
4. Products & Services
Vendor may only sell or display items consistent with the nature of the event. Organizer reserves the right to prohibit unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate items.
5. Setup, Operation & Cleanup
Vendors are encouraged to be set up at the start of the event. Rates are for the entire event.
EVENT START/ENDING TIME MAY VARY BASED ON EVENT.
6. Liability & Insurance
Vendor participates at their own risk. Organizer is not liable for theft, loss, or injury. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its staff, and venue.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If Vendor cancels participation less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be issued. If the event is canceled by Organizer for reasons beyond control, Organizer may issue refunds or credits at their discretion.
8. Termination
Organizer reserves the right to remove any Vendor who violates this Agreement, disrupts the event, or engages in unlawful or unsafe conduct.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties. No verbal agreements shall be binding unless confirmed in writing.
