Please fill out this form if you live on the Monterey Peninsula and have specific needs due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Also use this form to indicate that you can help provide for the needs of other people.

If you fill this out to request Aid, a volunteer will contact you directly. Phone Number is strongly preferred for that.

If you fill this out to offer to help, someone will reach out to plug you into the work as soon as possible.
