TRC After Hours 2026 Party Request Form 
Small Private Party After Hours: (Up to 50 guests)--$350 per hour ($450 Non-Members) with a 2 hour minimum for 50 or fewer guests and $5 per hour for each guest over limit. Each hour over the 2 hour minimum will be $175 per hour ($225 Non-Members).  A deposit of 50% is due upfront and the rest is due within 5 business days of booking confirmation. 

Large Private Party After Hours: (51-100)--$450 per hour ($550 Non-Members) with a 2 hour minimum and $5/hr for each guest over limit. Each hour over the 2 hour minimum will be $225 per hour ($275 Non-Members). Deposit 50% due upfront and the rest is due within 5 business days of booking confirmation.

Party Add-ons: Upgrade your party with optional extras:

TRC Letters Backdrop: $50

Blue & Light Blue Curtain Backdrop: $50

Bartender Service (Adults Only): $500 minimum

Private Catering: Available through partnered chefs (pricing available upon request)

Event Coordinator: $100/hr (professional planning & party support)

Scheduling: Parties are scheduled on a first reserved basis. You must schedule your party at least two weeks in advance to help us ensure adequate staffing for your event.

Payment:  A 50% deposit is required to secure your parties spot on the calendar. Payments can be made via cash, check or paid by electronic invoice received via email. You are required to submit your deposit the day you book your event. The rest of the total party fee is due 5 business days before the date of the event.

Cancelation Policy: All payments for private pool rentals and event bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, the date and time are fully reserved and held exclusively for your event. If your event must be postponed due to weather-related issues, the pool will gladly reschedule your rental one time at no additional cost, based on availability. Cancellations for any other reason — including changes in plans, inability to attend, or failure to provide required information — will not be eligible for a refund or credit. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

After hours private parties require a separate contract and are subject to TRC Board approval. Alcohol is permitted, please no glass as pool rules dictate.

A list of guests in attendance must be submitted 12hrs prior to the event so we may account for all guests, any extra individuals in attendance will be added the day of and payment for extra fees will be due prior to event closure.

All TRC pool rules must be followed at all times. Violation of these rules by any member or guest is subject to expulsion from the facility at any time at the discretion of management and/or TRC Board.
