Order Form: Easter Flowers
Daffodils or tulips can be ordered in memory of or in honor of someone for the decorating of the church sanctuary for Easter Sunday. Please submit a separate form if you have more than one tribute.

Orders are due by Sunday, March 17th along with the payment. The cost is $24.00 for a potted tulip or daffodil. You may pay online using the Midd UCC donation page or you may pay by check. Details are in the form below.
