Maintenance of member information, which includes the personal data you provide, is also collected and processed using cloud providers For example, for the registration process, this is currently via the Google Forms website offered by Google, Inc. whose headquarters are located in the United States. This may involve the transfer of personal data to countries that do not offer the same level of protection as the European Union regarding data protection rules. Google Inc. has offices in Europe and also participates in and states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data.
