We are only looking for serious clients, who are very serious about achieving their goals. If you do not follow the Macro plan given or training plan, this could effect your results and slow down the progress to get you to your end goal.

- Every week you will have written feedback from your Elite Coaches.
- You will have access to the Elite Coaching Members Page on our website which gives you all the information you need and more.
- Finally, you will have access to our YouTube channel (located on members page) where you will have all the videos you need to perform exercises correctly along with our tips and tricks!
