Honors Open House for students - at least one per semester - including meeting Honors Program Coordinator and Program Assistant to receive news, information and to meet other honors students
Field trips to area museums
Field trips to cultural events such as plays or concerts
Honors advising session for help with your educational plan at HCC
Statewide Honors Conference for students, where students from across the state college system display their honors coursework
Honors Center, where students can gather, work on projects, hold meetings and events
Honors Advisory Subcommittee, which is responsible for contributing to the oversight of the program, course selection, events and activities. The time commitment is 2 to 3 meetings per semester.
HCC Academic Fair to view students' honors work
Field trip to tour the new UMASS Honors College facilities to see and hear what the program has to offer
Honors Program speaker series featuring HCC in-house talents and expertise
Transfer days at 4 year schools, when available.
