Giveaway Rules & Terms
- Contestants may not enter on another's behalf. Each contestant must be the rightful owner of the email address identified on this form.

- Only one entry, per person will be allowed. Entrants submitting multiple entries will be disqualified.

- The winner cannot transfer services won to anyone else.

- If wedding is cancelled for any reason, the winner surrenders the right to services and will not receive anything in it's place. Services cannot be applied to another date.

- Any costs associated with package add-ons (including sales tax) will be the responsibility of the winner.

- Travel fees are included for couples getting married at a location in North Carolina. For weddings outside of North Carolina, the photographer's travel costs will be covered by the winner (including lodging the night before and night of wedding, transportation to and from venue, mileage fees and airfare, if applicable). Travel fees shall be paid for in advance of travel being booked by photographer.

- Once the winner is notified, he/she will have 5 days to redeem winnings, agree to all terms and sign contractual agreement. If the notified winner fails to respond or sign agreement within the 5 days, they surrender the winnings and a new winner will be selected.

- There shall be no substitutions for package winnings.
