MBW Small Group Fitness
Beginning in 2026, Mama Bear Wellness will be offering supportive, women-focused small group training sessions designed for every season of motherhood and fitness. As a Women's Coaching Specialist, with an emphasis in prenatal and postpartum, I provide safe, effective, and confidence-building workouts in a welcoming community setting. Each class will hold up to 4 participants to allow for semi private instruction, similar to a one-on-one session, but in a group setting. This is a great opportunity to connect with other individuals who are looking to support their health.

Class Options Include:
• Move With Confidence: Your Prenatal Fitness Beginning
• Postpartum Fitness 101: Where to Begin
• Fit for Life: Functional Strength Training
• Fitness Foundations: Start Strong, Start Simple

All classes are 30 minutes each, warmup and cooldown included.

Whether you're preparing for birth, rebuilding after postpartum, or starting your fitness journey, there’s a class to meet you where you are — and help you grow stronger.  Please take the time to complete this survey to help me provide a class time that works best, and share this survey with anyone who you believe may be interested!
