By placing an order with China Cart SA, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Devices may be refurbished or pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

• Minor signs of use may be present depending on device condition.

• Certain iPhones may arrive unsealed and already activated before purchase.

• Some Chinese iPhone models may have slight regional differences, including dual physical SIM cards instead of eSIM support.

• FaceTime Audio and iMessage Audio may be unavailable on certain Chinese models due to regional software restrictions. Devices remain fully functional and work normally in South Africa.

• Customers must inspect devices immediately upon delivery.

• Any issues or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Physical damage, water damage, accidental damage and unauthorized repairs are not covered under warranty.

• Devices returned for assessment must not be tampered with and must have Find My iPhone/iCloud removed.

• Warranty claims are subject to supplier inspection and approval.

• If a device is found to have customer-caused damage, the customer will be responsible for all return and reshipping costs.

• Shipping timelines may vary due to international logistics processes.
