Jan. 17th - Expanding Democracy Agenda Launch
On the first day of the legislative session, LWVMN joined ERA advocates, Legislators, and AG Keith Ellison to show our commitment to an inclusive democracy and enshrining equal rights for all in the Minnesota Constitution. Our local leagues and advocacy leaders will bring this issue to their community and elected officials by joining forces with partners across the state.

LWVMN is partnering with the We Choose Us coalition to accomplish our top democracy priorities like Restore the Vote, Automatic Voter Registration, and issues related to elections administration. On January 17th, there will be a rally and press conference with elected and community leaders across Minnesota to introduce the 2023 We Choose Us Policy agenda. Join us to support protecting and expanding our democracy!

9 am - Coffee and snacks at LWVMN's office - 546 Rice St, St Paul, MN 55103
9:15 am - Walk over to the Capitol through the Senate tunnels
9:30 am - Gather in the Rotunda and show our strength in numbers!
