Silent Auction holiday home in Norfolk 
Imagine one week , or a long weekend away, in a sweet, little cottage all to yourself. With room for 4 people to sleep, you can spend the week doing what ever you like exploring all that Norfolk has to offer.  Situated 2 minutes walk from the charming centre of Holt it's perfect for chilling or exploring. with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms even a wood burning this little break away might be just what you need.  All you have to do is make the winning bid.   
(The dates will be negotiated between you and the owner but I have been assured that there are school breaks in there which are available to book)
Dog friendly, private parking and 10 minutes form the coast ,what's not to love with a mini break for a good cause?

A few terms and conditions.
The auction is for the rental of the house only, no transport is provided.

The winning party must stay within the designated dates that will be confirmed. The winning bidder and  family / friends must treat the house, grounds and neighbours with respect and leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.

Payment of the auction must be made on the 22nd or 23rd Dec 2023  via the Emma Parkes-McQueen Just giving web site for DENS. that we can do as an offline donation ( that way the charity gets more of the funds). Details will be provided once the winner is announced  on the 20th or 21st Dec 2025 . No refund can be given once paid. 

We will organise a meet and greet with the owner to arrange keys and info in early  2026. 
If for reasons of unforeseen circumstances the owner has to pull out of the offer (highly unlikely unless there is a drastic act of nature, adverse weather conditions ect ), in this case you will be offered the home at another convenient date. Refunds can not be given as the money would have already been given to the charity at this stage.
