Pilipinx Graduation Survey!
Hello to all graduating students!! I hope that you've had a restful break, and are taking care of yourself as we head into this Spring semester. This form is for the Pilipinx Graduation ceremony scheduled to take place tentatively May 9th from 5:30-7:30. Keep an eye out for communication from me, as the dates and times are subject to change. 

Our annual P-Grad is such a special event to celebrate all of YOU! Please fill out this form so that we can make it everything that you deserve. P-Grad is for all of us--- please be sure to invite your family, friends to this wonderful ceremony! Invitations will be made for you to send out to loved ones soon!

I know it seems a while away, but the form is important for creating our printed program, graduating student presentation, and gauging interest on your special Filipino flag stoles. I am so excited to celebrate all of you and this next journey that you embark on. You are sure to do amazing things. 

This form closes on Monday, January 29th at 11:59 PM.

Your responses can be edited once you submit, but the main thing I need to know from you on Monday, January 29th is whether or not you want a stole!
