To apply for press credentials for the Memorial Service for Queen Elizabeth II to be held in collaboration with the British Embassy at Washington National Cathedral on Wednesday, September 21 at 11 a.m. ET, news media must complete this form. Please submit one form per media organization, listing a principal applicant as well as others from the same organization in the following box.

All requests for credentials are due by Friday, September 16 at 5 p.m. ET. Determinations for these requests will be made on Monday, September 19.

It is above the main altar and stage left, and a 100-foot throw. Inside positions are limited.
