The MCSE Resource Library contains resource materials in many topic areas that can be checked out by staff.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

Please complete this form to request materials from MCSE Library.

Materials may be checked out for the entire school year.  If another staff member requests materials that have been checked out to you, you will be contacted and asked to return the material.

You are responsible for making sure everything is returned to the Special Education office at the end of the school year.

Lost materials are the responsibility of the person they are checked out to.

If you give something that you have checked out to another staff member, it is your responsibility to collect the materials and return to MCSE.

Please notify the Special Education Office if you note any defects or missing pieces when you receive materials.
