Understanding your Experience at HNHCart
We are a group of 4 researchers from NSUT (Delhi) working upon our research thesis: "Understanding the Customer Experience on an Electronics Components Website". The objective of this questionnaire is to understand the various service gaps and expectations that are present in the electronics components websites.
