1. To address fire and other risk issues, do you favor removal of the parking island junipers?

2. If the majority does favor removal, would you prefer the junipers be removed all at once, if our budget allows for it, or incrementally? All at once would achieve the greatest fire-risk reduction the soonest, expedite neighborhood-wide re-landscaping, and likely be the most cost effective; incrementally would be the least disruptive, allow for easier budgeting, and put less demand on volunteer watering.

3. If the majority favors an incremental approach, which island(s) should be reworked first? Note: Our greatest fire risk is in Silver Plume Court and our west parking island.

4. Because we don't have automatic irrigation in our parking islands and installing it would be prohibitively expensive, would you be willing to provide water to some new plants in one of our parking islands, perhaps several times a week at first in hot weather? We will gladly reimburse any volunteers for the cost of the water.
