Project or Crew Call Promoted to RTF Students & Alumni (as appropriate)
Thank you for contacting the Austin Community College Radio-Television-FIlm Department about offering students opportunities for employment and experience.  This post is for non accredited opportunities for the ACC RTF Community. ACC RTF Students are not assigned by the Department or Instructors to work on any of these projects for academic credit.* The posting of this crew call does not guarantee any student or alumni will apply for the positions or projects.

Please fill out this industry standard project / crew call form.  Once vetted,  we will share this opportunity with our students.  INTERESTED STUDENTS AND ALUMNI WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY*

*This form may also be used to describe a community or non-profit project which can be shared with appropriate classes in which students choose community collaborators. A described project will be shared with an appropriate instructor (ie. documentary filmmaking or podcasting class) to share with students in their classes. These classes are student-driven, and as students connect and find organizations they are passionate about working with, will reach out to directly to explore the possibilities.

To explore the potential of an industry partnership with RTF, such as through offering semester-long credited (paid or non-paid) internship opportunities or an apprenticeship program with your organization, please contact RTF Department Chair, Mark Cunningham at mark.cunningham@austincc.edu

 * ACC RTF Disclaimer:  “Outside Project or Crew Calls” are job postings and for non – academic opportunities that are not affiliated with nor sponsored by ACC or ACC RTF.  Students /potential employees and the posting entities make their own connections and arrangements regarding the scope of work, compensation for the work, conditions of the work environment and the outcome of the work relationship.   The use of any ACC RTF equipment is restricted to ACC RTF Production media projects that are scheduled as part of the program.  Students are prohibited from using ACC RTF and college equipment and facilities for non-academic related projects.

For questions about this form and to inform us when the posting should be deactivated, please contact RTF professor Nate Southard at nathan.southard@austincc.edu. Please refer to your crew call posting in the subject line.
