Sycamore Canyon's 2021/2022 Middle School 5K Registration Form
IMPORTANT: Read below before filling out this registration form!


The Sycamore Canyon Middle School Physical Education Department, ASB, & PTSA proudly present the Fourth Annual Sycamore Canyon Middle School 5K Walk/Jog/Run. The purpose of the 5K is to promote fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle. The Sycamore Canyon Middle School 5K is the largest Middle School student-centered activity on campus and the big day is coming up fast! This year, hundreds of individuals will participate, from the students that run, to the parents and community organizations that volunteer, to the hardworking Sycamore staff. Each student that completes the run will earn a 5K t-shirt that they may wear with pride during physical education class as well as a free ice cream.

Students will only earn a shirt and ice cream by completing the 5K.


Date: Friday, November 19, 2021 from 11:00 - 12:22
• All students who do not participate will remain on campus, completing an alternative assignment related to Physical Education in a classroom until dismissal.

Location:  The 5K course will be run on residential streets surrounding Sycamore Canyon School. A course map can be viewed here https://www.scribblemaps.com/create/#id=qlWXa_CdL5

Registration
• The deadline to complete this online registration by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday , October 27, 2021.

Donation
How can YOU help our event be great?

• We are asking for a suggested "registration donation" of $25 that help offset the cost of the items listed below. (Any donation will be appreciated as it helps us provide our students with the best event possible!!)   Please see the donation link below.  Your registration donation helps us cover the cost of:
o 5K t-shirts
o Water
o Course Materials
o Event Permit
o Race Numbers Bibs
o     Race Treats
