Requests must be submitted no sooner than 2 weeks before the preferred date. To create a custom adventure, a group must consist of at least 6 participants. Once this request is submitted, the Outdoor Program Coordinator will respond to confirm dates and give an estimated cost that will cover transportation, group equipment, instruction, leadership, entrance and camping fees as needed. Please inquire if you would like food provided. A deposit will be required 14 days prior to the confirmed trip date.
