Welcome to SFBAC NATS! We are excited that you are applying for a scholarship and/or work study with SFBAC NATS. Please answer ALL questions to the best of your knowledge. The more detailed you are in our written answer sections of the application, the better we are able to understand your need and/or merit for your request. The review committee consists of only 3 members of the SFBAC NATS chapter, due to the sensitive nature of the contents within this application. Are you applying for a scholarship? (A scholarship waives the fee for a specific SFBAC NATS event, program, workshop, student auditions, of concert. It may also be a monetary amount in which to will help toward your vocal education goals.) Please mark the scholarship you are interested in applying for, title, date and short description of the exact event, program, workshop, student auditions, or concert.

If you are applying for a monetary scholarship, please explain what your vocal and/or continuing education goals are, what you are currently doing to help with achieving your goals, and how this monetary scholarship will help you achieve your vocal and/or continuing education.

If there is a specific conference you wish to attend and you need help with travel, board and/or attendance fees, please specify which conference/event you wish the monetary scholarship will go toward. Please indicate the date and location of the conference, and specifically how the scholarship will help (plane ticket, conference fee, room and board, gas, food, etc...)
