Gr 8 Trip 
Please fill out the following form to provide permission for your child to attend the Gr 8 Trip to  Chelsea Piers Field House in Connecticut on Monday, May 18, 2026    . 

Our buses will be leaving school at approximately 9:00am and will return to school at approximately 4:00pm.  Note that students who take the yellow bus must make alternate arrangements for your child to go home that day.

The cost of the entire trip (including a lunch voucher and wristband) will be $131. Payments will be submitted directly to the link listed below. 

No checks/money should be sent to the school.

Students who have received two “N” or “U” Conduct Grades on their report cards any quarter, or if they have received two or more level 3-level 5 code infractions based on the NYCDOE discipline code will not be permitted to attend the trip. Additionally, participation will be based on administrator’s discretion.

Kindly submit your payment (online) and permission slips by Friday, March 13, 2026.  All payments must be received no later than Friday, March 13, 2026. 

*Please Note: Children who are not attending the trip will follow a revised academic program for the day.
