Service Cancellation:

For online coaching, I understand that I must notify Endorphin Fitness in writing seven days prior to a new set of weekly workout planning in order to cancel and avoid additional charges. I will be billed for workout planning already completed at the time of my cancellation.

For private sessions, I understand that in order to cancel/reschedule a private session, I must notify Endorphin Fitness at least 12 hours in advance by calling 804-741-1599 or by emailing the coach/trainer directly. I understand that if I do not attend a scheduled private session without notifying Endorphin Fitness directly, I will be billed in full. This includes sessions that are cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. I understand that there are no refunds on charges already processed for any services to which I have committed.

Open Water Swimming:

I understand the risks associated with open water swimming including but not limited to: drowning, cuts, and related injuries. I understand that the James River Park System requires me to wear a personal flotation device for water levels above 5 feet as determined by this website: http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=akq&gage=rmdv2&view=1,1,1,1,1,1,1,0. I acknowledge that Endorphin Fitness has warned me about the dangers of swimming in the James River and that they have informed me of where to purchase a Tri-Aid Swim Safe Device (http://www.triaids.com/SwimSafe.htm), which could help me in the event of an emergency in the open water. It is my responsibility to acquire a safety device of some kind. I understand that I swim at my own risk when participating in open water swim sessions. I verify that the above agreement is valid for all current and future open water swim sessions with Endorphin Fitness.

VO2 Max Testing:

I understand that the risks of this testing procedure may include disorders of heartbeats, abnormal blood-pressure response and, very rarely, a heart attack. I further understand that selection and supervision of my test is a matter of professional judgment.
