Here's how it works: - REQUESTS TO PAUSE MUST BE MADE 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PICKUP through this form.Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accommodate requests made within 2 days of the pickup date. - We highly encourage you to send a friend/partner/neighbor/coworker to pick up on your behalf if you are within the 2-day window and cannot pick up. Again, you may communicate through this form.- You may also choose to donate your shares to a local food pantry. This will be the default if you do not PAUSE your subscription or do not show up.- PLEASE NOTE, quarterly subscribers get an extra week to fulfill for every four weeks of subscription. Weeks to do not carry forward month-to-month.
Did you forget to pick up your food or didn't get a chance to put your order on hold?Unfortunately, we're unable to issue you a refund. Missing a scheduled pick-up does not qualify as deferring an order. Those meals that are skipped are donated.
