St. Francis of Assisi ACTS - English Men's Retreat (September 16-19, 2021)
(MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO ATTEND)

The retreat will be at Camp Copass in Denton, TX. Check in begins at St Francis at 5:30 pm on Thursday, September 16 and ends after the 11:00 am Mass on Sunday, September 19. Transportation to and from Camp Copass is provided.

The cost for each retreatant is $210.00.  This covers all meals and lodging.  A deposit of $50 should be submitted within 7 days to finalize your registration and reserve your place. The remaining balance of $160 is due by check-in at the beginning of the Retreat.

While all are invited to attend an ACTS retreat, priority is given to active members of St. Francis of Assisi in Frisco, TX. Membership status will be verified by the parish office. All non-members will be placed on a waiting list that opens 30 days before the Retreat. If you have questions about the list of waiting processes, please contact a member of the leadership team listed above.

Note: The St. Francis ACTS Community is committed to doing everything we can to protect all from the threat of COVID-19.  That being said, there is an inherent risk in attending a retreat during this time.  If you have an underlying health condition and/or are at high risk of contracting the virus, we ask that you wait until a later retreat to attend.

Retreat fees and deposits must be paid using our online payment system. A link to submit payment will be provided when you click Submit.  There are two payment options: pay in full now or deposit payment with a balance due payment.

Please note: Retreat fees/Deposits are not transferable to another person or retreat. They are valid for the retreat and individual indicated above only.

If you are unable to attend the retreat for any reason, you must cancel within 2 weeks of the scheduled retreat dates, otherwise the deposit amount will NOT be refunded.  Please let the retreat director know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

If applicable, your refund will processed within 14 days after the retreat is completed. Refunds will be credited to the account originally charged.  If for any reason the charge cannot be reversed, a check refund will be provided.
